My condenser on the AC unit was not functioning. I called Grand Canyon (I have used them in the past with excellent results) and they sent out a technician to diagnose and repair the unit (on a Sunday morning, yes, I expected to pay more for this service). As I suggested to the technician the capacitor was clicking but not working. Cost was more than we anticipated, but we were pleased with the service. Update: Appreciated the call back from Linda with Grand Canyon Home Services and their willingness to listen and address our concerns. Happy going forward.

The Co was terrific. I called first thing in AM. Scheduler was very polite and fit me in-told me the time window. Co texted me when Tech was on the way. He arrived earlier than window quoted. Todd, the Tech was very clean, wore shoe covers thru the house, & professional. Price came in lower than I expected. Fixed the unit, told me what to expect given the heat. Let's face it - in these types of industries, you never know what you're getting. This Co and Tech exceeded my expectations. One of the best experiences I've ever had with a service contractor. Then, Co followed up to make sure I was satisfied. Don't bother calling anyone else but these guys - seriously!
