Our AC unit stopped working today, in the middle of summer in Az. I believe the high was 116 today. We called another service provider first because they are the brand of unit we have (easy to say, but hard to spell) and they told us we would have to wait 3 days before getting someone to service our unit. I immediately called Brandon at GC Home Services and he was able to get Todd out to our home, on a Sunday night mind you, in the next 15-20 minutes. Todd was prompt and direct with the fix and was able to get our unit back up and running within 30 minutes. Completely professional. This is how business should be done. Will be our go-to provider from here on out. The technicians also aren't based off of commission. It is a comforting feeling knowing we are getting the truth about what needs to be fixed. My condenser on the AC unit was not functioning. I called Grand Canyon (I have used them in the past with excellent results) and they sent out a technician to diagnose and repair the unit (on a Sunday morning, yes, I expected to pay more for this service). As I suggested to the technician the capacitor was clicking but not working. Cost was more than we anticipated, but we were pleased with the service. Update: Appreciated the call back from Linda with Grand Canyon Home Services and their willingness to listen and address our concerns. Happy going forward.
