Our technician Tyler came out and was fantastic! He was very nice and talked through all of the issues we have with our AC including different options to maintain our AC if we wanted to or to have someone else come out and talk about replacement. He also gave our dog treats which our dog very much enjoyed lol. He was very helpful, understanding and knowledgeable about our situation! We had such a great experience that we signed up for a twice a year maintenance package deal! 10/10 will always recommend Grand Canyon services and the tech Tyler!
